Dell and MigraTEC Team to Port Customers to Itanium Platform

AUSTIN, Texas and DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 2001--Dell and MigraTEC, Inc. (OTCBB: MIGR - news) today announced a technology and services referral agreement that will aid Dell customers moving their mission-critical computing operations to the 64-bit Intel® Itanium computing platform.

The new referral relationship augments Dell's portfolio of enterprise consulting services with MigraTEC's expertise and software porting and migration tools. MigraTEC products automate many of the required tasks associated with moving applications from 32-bit to 64-bit platforms and from Solaris® and other Unix operating systems to Microsoft® Windows and Linux®. It is the only company to provide automated tools for source code porting and cross-platform migration, primarily focused on C/C++ source code.
