Petz,

Sure, you've got a simple voltage divider with the output the center tap, the top resistor the "off" p-channel and the bottom resistor the "on" n-channel. But, I bet the output is still not going to be pulled up by more than a few hundredths of a volt -- as the "on" n-channel will have much, much lower resistance than the leaky p-channel.
