I think the overall "situation" is moving in the right direction. While the bookings figure is still quite small compared to what it will be in the future after recovery is here, it is up over 5 percent compared to September. Admittedly, it is still a weak number, but this is the 11th month the BtB has been less than 1.0. In 1998, the BtB was under 1.0 for 13 months and in 1996 the BtB was under 1.0 for 7 months. While this cycle may exceed the 13 months in the 98 cycle, clearly the down cycle is nearer the end than the beginning. Don
