Ilmarinen,

<< Orlowski is really fun (not in San Francisco, etc) >>

He's pretty good. Register guys crack me up with that "Qualcomm Headbangers" and the Bill Gates, "CDMA and the Seven Dwarfs" stuff.

<< Just as a matter of collecting really funny stuff, do you have a link for that "not in San Francisco" >>

My link the same as the one you posted.

The original posting had the whole last section in Bold (perhaps an HTML error rather than the emphasis that it appeared to be).

I did sort of the same thing as Andrew this morning relative to using the wrong exchange rate, and Lars had to straighten me out. Text said Euro, which I interpreted as Pounds and then converted to USD. Scared myself with the price. <g>

£340 = US$496. I can handle that.

Orlowski, funnier than I had imagined

Cannot, in a simple way, outsmart the search and find system of the register, but fill in the search and
read all of it.

Bless them, because only one per district can get a seat on the green benches of the
really funny place.

re: Orlowski on the "Qualcomm's barmy army of loyal headbangers"

Much in the same way that aggressive football teams attract a super-aggressive hooligan following, Qualcomm's barmy army is truly in a class of its own. If Qualcomm renounces pugilism, where will its loyal headbangers go? ®
