Glorious tents! Ever live in a tent? Magnificent way to live....a shelter that breathes and does not alienate one from the natural world. Cars would be fine, but not enough to subvert the native culture would be my way. Besides, the materialistic lifestyle would not make the Kingdom beholden to the West more than necessary, but the Arabs running the show do not know that. The native architecture of the countries of the Middle East are ingenious and functional. Why would anyone want a wooden, frame home and then have to air-condition it with electric motors? Light it with more electricity? This is what I mean when I say Western entrapments and building a European or American society in the desert.
