If I may Zeev, and I have yet to read your link, I don't think personally that changes for me..

I mean, let us face it, intellectually, you have to entertain the possibility that since Qu'ran was compiled some time after Prophet's death, and these were men who put it together, there is a possibility of bias, possibility of incomplete or missing revelations etc.. And that is how I have always thought of it.. But I don't think essential message changes...

Will this cause the collapse of Islam.. Don't think so.. For those who believe Qu'ran is open to interpretation, won't have as much difficulty as those who takes Qu'ran literally.. FWIW..

Zeev, there are verses in the Holy Qur'an that mean that some verses have been replaced by better ones, and that some have been forgotten... so, whatever is found in Yemen can not have an adverse impact.
