Read the whole thing this afternoon. Sort of left me wondering about the shareholders, heard Radi whining but nothing about the effect on the suckers, oops I mean the shareholders. Seems they got it both coming and going in all directions from Rene and Company and Radi (assuming their really is a Radi) who came bearing gifts (firmaplus/Delta/$$$$'s) but whose basket seemed to have been empty, i.e a company with mega bucks but not a lousy $200K to pay the taxes on Richmond. So what gives, real litigation or a little dodge ball to distract the suckers, their I went and did it again, I mean the shareholders from the fact that financials have not been filed and Thermo Tech is about to be dressed in pink? And meanwhile we have a guy talking on Raging Bull today about having sold 7 million shares this afternoon. Was I ever impressed until I did the math, wow mega bucks as TT fulfills another suckers dream of riches and saving the planets rain forests. Hey Rene, is it true as stated in the suit that Hamilton was sort of like an old 1880's western town? You know Rene, a fancy false front but not much on the inside?
