Yeah, but the bonds are pretty volatile. They may rally some later today as short positions are closed going into the weekend.



Maybe. But the trend isn't good. Bonds rallied huge on the back of the treasury's eliminating the 30 yr. They've given it all back. From a macro perspective, this is bad news for the markets and the economy.

Perhaps. But yields made a a significant new high for the move this AM. Yields now are above the levels seen before the Treasuy decided to end 30-year auctions.
