I have changed my mind about the tribunal thing. There are so many volunteer's who think we should try him then I think they should be juror's. Nationally televised trial with their names and address's placed in plain view.

I would guess that even the most liberal jackass would find him guilty and so we would get rid of Bin Laden and quite likely 12 liberal's.

Isn't a nomination of Ashcroft based on "his attempts to diminish the freedoms and privileges which are the birthright and foundation of the USA" more the expression of a libertarian ideal rather than that of an "exceedingly silly and loony leftist"?
