Been trying to find that out too Stockman, I have no answers. Could be DataStrip is/was a licensee so maybe only license fees apply, maybe they're the recipients of the Syntek order.... What is interesting, like you pointed out was the recent press between the companies,(with timing of this announcement), and Rick noting that "Identix" has turned up on their site. Identicator was the name in the pull down menu and the page the link went to. Unless we hear something from Identix we'll still be wondering... steve
