That's a good point, but isn't "tightness" of money a function of the economy? If the market does better and people make money, doesn't this trickle down to the PC market?

My guess is that those people who probably need an upgrade, but are waiting for better financial times will eventually turn around some time next year, when businesses start showing positive growth, and consumer confidence improves.
