on Russia card again... onliest inhibiting factor in playing this card is the very pisspoor pipelines from Russia and former southern Soviet republics getting vastly more Russian and quasi-Rusky oil to market will be tough they are working on it and have been but the region has not been friendly Chechnya is nearby, bad men are nearby honestly, I think the Russian oil card is more bluff than substance but a tremendous card it is esp a few years out the "message" is not lost on Arab oil center of power thanks for the replies, you and Timstr / jim
