Aurelius said a lot of neat stuff. I don't agree with everything he said. He was not nearly so well educated as I, due to circumstances...but, I like this:

"If any man can convince me and bring home to me that I do not think or act aright, gladly will I change; for I search after truth, by which man never yet was harmed. But he is harmed who abideth on still in his deception and ignorance."

You seem to be very tolerant and decent--did I say that before?!

You add a lot to this board. Appreciated by all, I'm sure. One quote I like is,

When you come to a fork in the road .... take it.

I think that may have been Marcus, too. There were lots of forks in Roman roads.
