Sounds great do you use the leftovers??

Here is some Pumpkin Bread...if anyone is interested..

Pumpkin Bread
3 medium loaves

3 1/2 C. All Purpose Flour
2 t Baking Powder
2 t Baking Soda
1 1/2 t Salt
1 1/2 t Cinnamon
3/4 t Nutmeg
3 C. Solid Pack Pumpkin (24 oz can)
1 C. Granulated Sugar
1 C. Dark Brown Sugar
1 C. Cannola Oil
4 LG. Eggs
3/4 C Milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg. Sift together. In a separate bowl, combine sugars with pumpkin and cream for 5 minutes. Gradually add oil into it a little at a time, while beating. Alternately, in 3 parts, add dry ingredients and milk. Divide among greased pans. Bake for 50 minutes - 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
