Elmer,

Again, you can't look at PE only, or PE even primarily, to predict a stock price.

1. Look at the balance sheet, and the higher up you see a lot of capital, the better (cash is shown at the top).

2. Consider the infrastructure and OEM support two competing companies like Intel and AMD have.
