Israel Closes More Arab Offices in Jerusalem Israel security forces raided offices of the PLO last night which were operating illegally in the Jerusalem suburb El-Azaria. The special Border Police unit confiscated documents and sealed off the entrance to the buildings. Officials in Jerusalem say that the existence of the offices undermines Israel’s sovereignty in its capital. In another initiated operation, the IDF arrested 6 Islamic Jihad members in Bir Zeit. The IDF has not yet confirmed this; the report is based on Arab sources.
