Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel. And in this case, the first. Agreed. Don't folks notice that the KKK rallies always have a large American flag waving in the breeze; which by the way I find as much, or more, a desecration to the flag as flag burning. I think every US base white racist URL always has a the flag waving around somewhere. For a while, it appeared Ashcroft would not be as bad as claimed. I now suspect the generation of this appearance was planned. He may very well turn out to be much worse than claimed. He appears to have no appreciation at all as to why those limitations of governmental power are in the Constitution. I would have preferred the project title Green Lantern.
