You have to be aware that shareholder lawsuits are as common as rain in Seattle when the market goes down. There are law firms who specialize (and profit handsomely) from this tactic.

There are shareholder suits against Cisco and many other firms, all appearing like toadstools after a heavy summer rain.

That doesn't make the Intel suit any less frivolous than the rest. Do Intel execs dump massive amounts of shares while painting a rosy future, only to change the paint color to black (and later, red) after the said dumpage occurs?
