Absolutely, Patricia, that was good I will save it and use it. Gilmore, Bush's RNC Chairman and outgoing Gov of Va has left incoming Democrat with a 1 billion budget deficit in the usual fiscal irresponsible approach to gov't. Gilmore's rule included cutting severely the car tax VA's biggest source of revenue.
