Since Austrians define inflation as an increase in the money supply, what do they call a persistent increase in prices due to an increase in demand exceeding supply?

That would likely be the bust part of the boom/bust cycle as production collapses faster than demand. Alternately, it could be the result of interventionism applying partial price controls and eliminating the possibility of profit.
