(Nasdaq: SNRS) -- announced today that John Hendrick has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Technologies International, Inc and will direct all of the day to day operations of the Company. Hendrick replaces C. Russell Trenary III, who has resigned his executive position. Hendrick, who has been serving as the Company's Chief Operating Officer since March 2000, was previously a senior executive at VidaMed and Allergan.
