RMBS, 10:14 ET Rambus (RMBS) 10.45 +0.45 (+4.5%): Up 4.5% on late-Wed news regarding a recent court case; both Hynix (HXSDY 6.88) and RMBS claiming victory in the case, which dismissed most of RMBS's patent claims; if RMBS wins upcoming federal appeal, it could force Hynix and Infineon (IFX 19.75) to pay licence fees to RMBS which the former believed to be open standard products

Yes i agree with most stocks i watch..semis for sure... however not sure about how sharp the fall will be... there are sell signals on P&F of the big cap semis, and more coming..NVDA in particular looks very vulnerable on any rally back up... in this market i'm watching to see if we "might" breakout though... i love RMBS here...still holding my Jan 7 1/2s...stopped out of my shares but bought them back cheaper..and feel better about the entry this time...almost breakeven now...would like to see it take out 11+...
