Joe,

'Therefore, it can be nothing other than #2, an "Approvable" letter.'

I concur that Becky has an approvable letter in hand. In fact, I'll bet that she has had it in hand since that infamous CC and RObtv interview where she claimed with "great comfort and great confidence that Dimethaid would be markeing the first topical OA in the US.

' That is huge. I know from following (with envy) many other companies that have received approvable letters over
the past few years, that it is then only a matter of months before the final approval is given.'

I agree this is a big deal; and in my books the risk of owning this stock has been reduced with this news. Yes, the pieces all seem to be finally falling into place.

John

Joe,

As much as I would like to agree with you, I think there is one problem with your thinking. If we had an approvable letter for Pennsaid then I believe that would be considered material and Dimethaid would be forced to release an NR. If I am wrong about that then the other side of it is that there is no way in hell that kind of information would not have been leaked. With that type of leak we would see much greater volume and the price inching forward not backwards.
Hope I am wrong!!!!!
