You mean they promised the Photoshop softwear and it arrived without it and they're making YOU send it back?

There is no such thing as good service anymore.

We have an HP 970 and I would not recommend it for printing photos. They do use a lot of ink and the photos come out jaggy.

I had a HP scanner and it lasted for about six months..and everyone told me they made the best scanner.
I hope HP doesn't ask me for a recommendation.
