Interstingly enough, there seem to be at least 5 "Dave" and that is only up to 1998 which doesn't even contemplate the particular "Dave" which is the subject matter of your post. Missing from the attached list are all the Dave from 99,2000,, and 2001.

And also, interesting, "Dave" [since 99] may be on ignore, and one would not see his posts, but "Dave" [since 95] is not, and one should receive his posts. Go figure.
