I think that you should be aware of the uniqueness of this thread. Either you take the position, a la Larry, that one should play only an existing trend (namely, only a rising trend if you do not care to play the dark side), or you make forecasts. If you make forecasts, you can't just be a generalist, you have to give dates and prices for tops and bottoms, not just the major one, but al the intermediaries as well. These should be accurate, namely, you can't call a bottom on, let say the Naz and be off by more than 30 points, and your date cannot be off by more than 5 trading days. If you are off, on the number of trading days by more than 5 days but less than 10 days, and your price targets are off by more than 30 but less than 60 points, then accept the crow that is going to be fed to you in large quantities (g). If you are off by more than 10 trading days and your targets are off by more than 60 points, that is when you are entitled to receive invidious inveteracies (g). You still want to dwell in these parts? (vbg).
