"human nature" was a popular topic in the 1700s, as was the issue of death penalty. Luckily "civilization" has progressed since then, although it all can be found in the most ancient documents. Interesting that there are two distinct, famous cultures, publicly going for the death penalty. Ilmarinen Intersting that the legality of the neurnburg is important once again.
