How about the cost savings not spent on developing a game for the almost non existant segment of the gaming market?

Dave - retail electronics margins are nowhere near your guess - they range from 7 to 10 points. So the cost to a big retailer would be closer to $360.

The hardware cost to produce a product like Xbox should be under $250 in the kind of volume they target.

Did someone say they were "losing money"? Is there some justification for that thinking?
