Cal/Joe, I appreciate the feedback. I still believe that if we had anything with the word "approvable" on it then that information would be out there and not even the 3 Amigos would be able to hold us back. I don't think information that relates to process (ie. the plant inspection) is comparable to someone within the FDA saying we are good to go if all other processes meet the necessary standard. An approvable letter may be on the way but i would be willing to bet you boys that we don't have one in our possession. Again, hope I am wrong!
