No, not nominating Time but referring those who suggest the Pentagon does not know what they are doing to this week's Time. The issue with Bin Laden in the sights of a scope. I refer to the "We will be defeated" awards, that you linked to. I suggest those people read the article in Time. While others suggested that the US Military was ineffective the current issue of Time outlines exactly what we did not see. What the leaders of the Northern Alliance who criticized Rumsfield and the US Air Force did not see. Time pointed out that the US bombed first at the rear, which appeared to help no one. Then when they bombed the front lines those lines had no supply from the rear. An excellent maneuver by the Pentagon, in hindsight.
