For some reason I doubt we'll see the same kind of outrage regarding California's budget, as we recently saw in regard to Virginia's.

After all, it's got to be Bush's fault.

Hi Thomas the self appointed leader of congested stalled inoperative retrogressive minds. The facts are that Virgina has been put in debt by 1 billion dollars by Republican fiscal mismanagement.
