Mike, how do you reconcile this breakout with the breakdown of many key tech stocks and indexes, including the SOXX?

for the the COMPX to break above 2000 next week the RSI on the daily period would have to again break to rare heights.
It also would mean the third consecutive black candle to be NOT affirmed.
If this breaking above 2000 does occur this week we are then being shown this market is in a highly aggressive no fear status.
And your view then that 1750 will not then be broken is a solid view.
next week will be a key i think.
As i will be in cash,in a new trading account by 12/2/2001 i will be watching this quite closely.
MACD is presently 26.5 with signal at 29.5,on daily chart, which,FWIW is sell signal--but i am now just getting into studying MACD sell/buy signals i do not yet know it's value.CCI is at 107,as it remains in a daily cycle prolonged over-bought level.Momentum remains also in a prolonged high status--presently 167(mind you between 11/1999 and 4/2000 momentum was running most commonly between 400 and 600!!!:) Max
