Arthur Rock, other executive, sold 560,000 shares of common between $23.96 and $25.49 each on Oct. 18 and now directly and indirectly holds 16,827,108. Kalkan, you've just shown a couple of Intel insiders who sold a tiny fraction of their shares. Why don't you mention that your idol Jerry has dumped almost all of his AMD shares. In fact no AMD insider holds any significant position in AMD. Why do you suppose they've dumped their shares? EP

Baker, vice president, sold 60,000 shares of common at $25.44 each on Oct. 23 and now directly and indirectly holds 503,962" Yeah, and since then, the stock has gone up! Compare that when Jerry "Where's Mine" Sanders sold off his shares right before AMD stock plumetted! wbmw
