Look At The MACD on The VIX. It's Screaming! Hasn't been this low in years (Inverse to Market). The Count looks like it could go lower still, but I would be very alert for a top in here.

Rydex Bullish% Update The bears came back out today. We have a decent drop in bullish sentiment and, again, a market-bearish inversion in Titan/Tempest (more money in the bear side). Note also the significant jump in the money market fund. I will not position-short until this becomes more extreme to the upside.
