PC sector isn't going away, but it will underperform and it's seen it's best days.

Infrastructure will outperform but most of it is incredibly expensive right now. When capex goes back up, which it will, those mo mo's who are trying to talk up the pc stocks now and can't see any value in net infrastructure will be back on board hyping the IC chips and FO once again (after missing the best part of the rally) just as they did last year on the way down. That will be the time to ultracautious on them once again.

Longer term, net infrastructure is in it's infancy and pc sector will be a cash cow dressed up nicely waiting for a spectacular party and settling for dinner at home and a movie. Hey. That's similar to teenagers! No one believes they'll ever make anything of themselves, with everyone betting on their parents only to find out that the teenagers really did steal the show. Ma and Pa still look ok years later, but it's junior that made the majority of the money down the road.

Amat knows to invest in FO. What do they know? Hmmm!

>>>Absolutely superb interview in Barron's with Steve Milunovich<<< Not really... what we have here is Steve's picks...and somewhere hidden is Steve"s agenda..

We all have an agenda...The longs, the shorts, those on the sidelines, those that write covered calls.....

Many of the articles (over the past months) in Barrons have been poppycock, and there is nothing here to suggest anything different.

Of course if you own the stocks that Steve mentions, you would think he is absolutely brilliant.

Review some of the posts by Jacob and other qualified shorts for a more balanced viewpoint.
