Stock bulls normally are accompanied by rising rates. But what we have seen recently is nothing short of a massive surge in market rates -- one of the sharpest ever. So sharp in fact that stocks no longer are undervalued by the Fed model. And this stock overvaluation looks set to skyrocket if the advance continues much longer -- both from rising P/E ratios and surging rates.

The stock market at these levels with market rates surging is only for speculators and gamblers -- not investors.
