Many Afghans are cooperating and providing information whenever they notice or suspect some movement of OBL. Looks like the $25 Million reward will be split up or shared by hundreds of people, but that is still a cool reward. Someone(s) may have to form a 20 to 50 men posse and take out OBL themselves, and get the reward split within group. Man, that is such a cool split! No tax either, or maybe a minimal 10% tax to the new government.
