Polvie, I don't see why you should remain blissful...

When the rest of us are sourpusses. So I will tell you the little that I know about Sullivan.

Andrew Sullivan, who parades his gayness, is a talented, some would say brilliant, writer. Sullivan, who is gay, writes for the N.Y. Times Magazine, Esquire, The New Republic, and other prestigious publications. He happens to be gay. He writes on political, social, cultural topics with a great flair, often mentioning that he is gay. I personally admire his intellect and literary ability, but it irritates me that he seems not to be able to talk about anything without working in the fact that he is gay. It really annoyed me that shortly after the WTC, he did a piece on it that linked (IMO) heroism to being gay. (Did I mention that among other things, Sullivan is gay?)

I hope I've spoiled your day.
