Or the LBR definition and explanation is also very good but she calls it a turtle soup instead of a 2b. The turtles's used to buy such a "breakout" but became soup when it failed. I guess she could have called it Dunnigan Stew since some of his strategies have one buying (selling) when a penetration of a previous top (bottom) is made, which for me seems a bit of a chase and risky compared to entering on a reversal bar with a sell stop (buy stop) placed just below (above) it to limit losses.
