I have been using dual processors for quite some time. My current machine (dual P-III/933) is my second dual-processor machine. The dual processors get you out of a lot of situtations where Windows would otherwise "lock-up" or have very slow response time. (Of course, you need NT/2000/XP to take advantage of dual processors.)

I am using PC Power and Cooling fans and power supplies. They come in both silent and regular models.
