Addi, Thanks for starting this thread. I just saw it today and have only read this post and the post you referenced here: Message 16631237 The guy was right on when he says "True jihad today is not in the hijacking of planes but in the manufacturing of them." The radicals of Islam are picking a fight that they cannot win until they reduce the technological and economic gap with the west. I had never thought of it this way and I suppose the west should be glad that Osama has done a terrible disservice even to those who agree with him regarding the "evil" of the west. Well anyway. As a Southern Baptist from a small farming community in the midwest, I've always been baffled by the hate that the Islamic countries have for the US. Hope I can learn something here. Jeff
