Thanks to PstockR on the RB thread for the 10K extract. There are rumors that several companies are waiting for the completion of tests to place their orders for the waste water treatment system. Hurriflo Wastewater Treatment Systems can range in cost from $200,000 to several million so it isn't hard to see what just a couple of contracts will do to the bottom line of this company.

Item 6. Management's Discussion and Plan of Operation.

At this time, the Company has no material commitments for any significant capital expenditures.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
At this time the Company is engaging in extensive testing of the its own waste water system which is currently being installed. Such testing of the various different types of waste output, under varying conditions, is expected to continue through at least through January 2002. The Company expects to begin receiving payments for this system within the next six months.
Should the system installation and testing prove successful, there is no comparable technology known to management at his time. The Company would then hope to gain contracts to install additional systems in other food processing plants and other industries with high waste water output. Management is considering alternatives for securing adequate financing for this future operational plan.

Management also attempts to increase revenues through increased retail sales of the Company's spa products, increasing marketing potential of the products. However, there can be no assurance that management will be successful in their endeavors.

Talked to IR. Things were close to break even this December so I'll have to revise my estimate to positive numbers Q1 2002. The IR seemed very positive (of course), and he said the Arizona exposition drew alot of interest.

IMO in order for them to install another Hurriflo system they'll need more funds. The management is doing what they can in order not to dilute the stock and believes that they'll be able to get enough cash from individual investors and VCs.

There was a very nice spike in volume of over 200000 shares but most likely that was a couple of market makers changing hands in order to attract attention to the stock. It wasn't followed through with the next day so it means little..................
