please excuse my ignorance, but What is the MACD? I have entered it on my chart, however could you please explain to me how it's comprised, or made up? tia jim

Dennis: Many of the Nasdaq indicators are toppy... Look at Williams %R... It's been toppy for almost two months on the daily chart... stockcharts.com A look at the weekly chart shows a positive change in character... Note that the price was repelled by the mid Bollinger Band twice this year, but now is above the mid Bollinger Band... stockcharts.com[m,a]waclyymy[pc13!d20,2!c50!c100!f][vc60][iLb14!La12,26,9!Lk14!Lf!Lg!Lc20!Lp14,3,3!Ll14] Also note OBV is just starting to climb on the weekly chart... This suggests that money is coming off the sidelines to buy in greater volume than when money goes to the sidelines... This is typical at the end of a recession when the media is just discovering that there was a recession... Jim
