NXCD late week rumour last week - stock is moving up also.

FWIW from RB

So here's what I've heard from my half-bull$hit, half-honest informant. Take your pick its up to you.

The player is Citibank. The deal is rumoured to be worth 340-$380 million. The board previously rejected two offers and is trying to squeeze as much as they can from a deal citing firm internet establishment and a solid client base. One other bank (un-named) is/was also in the bidding. The deal will be announced on November 31, 2002.

I'm still trying to figure out, with this info, what the worst case share price would be, and it seems to me that we have lots of room to move.
