Actually, the way AMDroid logic works is that AMD is able to know just about anything about Intel's future, yet the converse is not true. According to the 'Droids, Intel is always last to catch up to AMD technologies, even though AMD is first to beat Intel to market in every initiative that Intel starts. It's just another part in a grander theory that says every time AMD loses, they actually win. The converse in this theory is also true in the AMDroid world: every time Intel wins, they actually lose.
