Likewise, I'm glad you brought that link over here. O'Neill said the economy had now moved back to the recovery phase he believed it was in before Sept. 11. Seems he's of a minority as most were saying things were not looking good prior to 9/11 and the events of that day only intensified things. Asked about recession, Lindsey said: ``I don't know.
