You mean like if huge numbers of jobs were employed in sectors that people didn't really need in tough times like the trading, financing, marketing, & selling of real goods instead of actually making them?? Or where entire disposable sectors have mushroomed like sports, travel & leisure, fast food, & stock market related activities?
