The main point - the issue is TSMC's new 0.13 micron process.

And to answer your question NO !! - NVIDIA has NOT shipped hundreds of millions of chips from TSMC's 0.13 micron fabs.

I'm sure you would be the FIRST to make the same claim if by some chance an Intel CPU - fabbed at TSMC and delayed - that SHITTY reporting was all that was at issue !!
