My feeling on the anthrax thing (without completely dismissing a couple of other scenarios) is that this is being perpetrated by OBL followers. That it is part of the overall attack. Further, I believe that it is more of an exploratory attack or red herring. It could very well be a homegrown nutball who is either trying to make it look like it is connected to 9/11 or like I suggested in an earlier post, a way to get one target while not drawing attention to him/herself. There are two people who contracted anthrax where they haven't figured out how the came in contact with the spores. I do believe that the investigation should focus on those two. (though not limited to)
