Toshiba America Business Solutions and Prism Software Announce Strategic
Marketing Agreement

IRVINE, Calif., Nov 26, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Toshiba America Business
Solutions, (TABS) and Prism Software Corporation(R) (PSOF-BB) have entered into
a strategic agreement whereby Toshiba will market and support the complete line
of Prism's data transformation, robust forms management and online document
repository software solutions.

Prism Software develops and supports document output management software
solutions that will be used across a range of Toshiba network printing and
multifunction systems, including the Toshiba e-STUDIO line. With Prism's unique
solutions, Toshiba customers will be able to customize their data regardless of
the source, including CRM, SCM, legacy or ERP, and use the Web to access, store
and track documents.

"Prism's leading-edge, total output management solutions combined with Toshiba's
high-performance systems, gives our customers the ability to transform, print,
deliver, manage and access their documents wherever and whenever they need them.
Prism's expertise in legacy data transition and electronic document management
provides Toshiba customers with greater efficiency, flexibility and productivity
than ever before," said Michael Alpert, Director, Toshiba Solutions Group, TABS.

The key products in Prism's suite are PrintConsole Pro(R) and Valeo Forms.
PrintConsole Pro is a Windows NT/2000-based print manager that offers
connectivity for a wide variety of host computer systems and conversions between
popular print data streams such as Metacode, PCL, PDF, AFP, IPDS and Postscript.
PrintConsole Pro connects all hosts and printing systems seamlessly on any
network and manages printing environments without reprogramming or costly
changes to applications.

For customers who require forms design and multi-channel delivery capability,
Prism Software's Valeo Forms product provides full-featured document management
solutions. The product enhances the presentation and delivery of business
documents and reports by utilizing existing print data streams from legacy
mainframe and other host computer systems without reprogramming the original
application. Valeo Forms manages data in a wide variety of formats, including
print and flat files, XML and e-mail. The product transforms the input into the
desired format (for integration and/or print fulfillment), applies business
rules and conditional logic and then delivers it to the desired application or
device using its' content sensitive capabilities.

Valeo Forms Online provides users with access to mission critical documents and
reports across the internet. This ensures that an enterprise's employees,
suppliers and customers have access to information whenever and wherever they
need them. This helps them maintain a competitive edge.

"Prism is very pleased to have Toshiba as a strategic marketing partner. This
will enable Toshiba customers to strategically manage their documents and
achieve competitive advantage at an excellent return on their investments," said
Barry R. Lathan, President and COO of Prism Software. "Prism's systems are
validated by key business partners and will offer first class solutions for
Toshiba customers," added Lathan.

As opposed to many "off-the-shelf" solutions, Prism offers custom development,
ensuring the most efficient and cost effective data management. Since not all
print streams are alike, the ability to adjust to customer needs is a strong
selling point for Prism. All the company's systems are also modular, allowing
for clients to make expansions as they see fit. Prism markets the only
technology in the field validated by Microsoft(R), JD Edwards, Lawson and SAP.

One Voice to Release Beta II Version of MobileVoice Messaging; Wireless
Application Incorporates Latest Technology, Responds to Needs of Wireless
Carriers

Business Editors & High-Tech Writers

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 28, 2001--One Voice Technologies
Inc. (Nasdaq:ONEV), developer of 4th Generation voice solutions for
the wireless, telematics, TV/Internet appliances and PC markets, today
announced that it will be releasing the next beta version of its
MobileVoice(TM) Messaging system for field testing beginning next
week.
This latest version of the service incorporates significant
upgrades to the overall product design, user interface and addresses
key performance characteristics such as increased voice recognition
accuracy in a variety of mobile environments. The Beta II release is
in direct response to testing and feedback from several wireless
carriers over the last few months.
"We are very excited to roll out our next version of MobileVoice
Messaging," said Mike Isgrig, vice president of marketing & sales of
One Voice Technologies. "Our team has responded quickly to the
requests of carriers followed by extensive testing in a variety of
mobile environments. The results are very impressive and our solution
remains the only one of its kind and the potential for its use with
mobile and landline phones is unprecedented."
The launch of Beta II is timely from an industry perspective.
Demand for hands-free, voice-driven applications is on the rise after
the State of New York enacted its statewide ban on mobile phone usage
in cars without hands-free solutions. The Wall Street Journal recently
reported that over 75 percent of the 120 million mobile phone users in
the U.S. use their phones in their cars, and last year 43 states
proposed regulations for in-car usage of mobile phones. With
MobileVoice Messaging, consumers can send and receive voice-to-text
e-mail, SMS and paging messages, purchase products, and access
Web-based information such as news, weather and sports -- all without
touching a key. The One Voice solution is an essential application for
mobile phone users of all kinds in today's increasingly mobile
society.
